The hustle and bustle of young professionals line the busy streets. A sense of eagerness, excitement and enthusiasm fills the air. A vibrant hub of Michelin star restaurants, trendy bars and high end shopping adorn the city. This is London we're talking about right?
...Wrong. It's of course our beloved Brum, and it's why so many young professionals are making the move from London to the second city. Here's 5 reasons to choose B1 over EC1.
1. A City that's forever growing:
It's true.
The development of New Street Station and the plans for the Birmingham Curzon HS2, reflect the spirit and essence of the city...
The vast space of Grand Central strengthens the accessibility for the public and the HS2 will enhance the national rail connectivity, making for efficient and sophisticated travel to the capital in under 50 minutes.
With Deutsche Bank moving their head office to Birmingham and HSBC joining them on the transition, creating over a 1000 jobs - it's just one of the many good news stories. Outside of the capital, Birmingham boasts one the largest business, financial and professional service sectors in the country, with more than 18,000 new businesses registered in the city last year.

2. The Cost of Living is highly attractive:
According to the ONS a record number of young professionals (over 58,000 of them) have made the move from London to Birmingham. With the cost of living averaging around 65% cheaper, it's no surprise.

Why don't you try:
- Carters of Moseley (for Michelin star quality)
- Lasan (for sophisticated curry)
